Max Nemitz

Max Nemitz (born March 10, 1888 in Damerkow , Bütow district , † 1970 in Aachen ) was a German teacher, writer and local researcher .

Nemitz was trained as a teacher at the school teacher seminar in Bütow . From 1912 to 1945 he worked as a teacher in Tschebiatkow (later renamed Radensfelde ) in the Bütow district, interrupted by his participation in the First World War . In 1945 he was abducted by the Soviet authorities. After his return in 1949 - his homeland in Lower Pomerania had come to Poland after the Second World War - he lived in Aachen . Here he was involved in the Pomeranian Landsmannschaft .
