Maxi Hayn (born February 8, 1988 in Rostock ) is a former German handball player who scored 404 goals in 219 Bundesliga games.

Hayn started playing handball at SV Fortuna '50 Neubrandenburg in 1998 . With the A-youth, the left-hander took 4th place at the German championships in 2007. In the same year, the outside player joined the Bundesliga club Buxtehuder SV . In addition, Hayn was part of the second team from BSV in the 2007/08 season, where she also gained match experience in the regional league. She ended her career after the 2016/17 season.

Hayn played an international match for the German national youth team, in which they scored a goal.
