Maxim Vadimowitsch Kuzyuk

Maxim Wadimowitsch Kuzyuk ( Russian Макси́м Вади́мович Кузю́к ; English transcription: Maxim Vadimovich Kuzyuk ; born August 28, 1975 ) is a Russian manager and general director of the Russian weapons manufacturer Ischmasch .

Life

Kusjuk graduated from the Moscow Physical-Technical Institute in Applied Mathematics and Physics with honors in 1998. From 1999 to 2003 he worked in the ArtTechCentr group, initially as a department head, and later as a member of the board of a company in the group. From 2004 to 2006, Kuzyuk headed the Finance and Economics Administration at DrillTek Rus (Moscow) and later became Deputy Director General and Project Manager. The company has specialized in the laying of pipelines using horizontal drilling. In 2006 he completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Swiss International Institute for Management Development . In 2007 he received an offer to work for the Paris branch of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and in 2010 he became director of BCG's Moscow office.

In February 2011, Maxim Kuzyuk was appointed deputy general director of the arms manufacturer Ischmasch, and later he became general director of the company. Under Kusjuk's leadership, the ailing company is now being modernized and financially restructured.

Kuzyuk is married and has two children.
