Maximilian Grünewald (actor)

Maximilian Grünewald (* 1989 in Coburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Maximilian Grünewald already played theater as a teenager, belonged to the youth club of the Landestheater Coburg from 2004 to 2008, where he attended acting workshops and had improvisation lessons. After graduating from the Arnold-Gymnasium Neustadt , he began studying history and theater studies at the Free University of Berlin in 2008 and during this time played in the theater ensemble in the cinema in the Friedrichshain district . Grünewald then studied acting at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig , which he graduated in 2014.

Grünewald had engagements in the studio of the Maxim Gorki Theater , was engaged at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe from 2014 to 2016 and was a member of the Lower Saxony State Theater Hanover from the 2016/17 to 2018/19 season . In addition to other roles, Grünewald played Franz Moor in Friedrich Schiller's Robbers in Karlsruhe (at the side of Luis Quintana as his brother Karl).
