The Tamperer featuring Maya was an Italian dance group. It existed from 1998 to 2000.

Members

The Tamperer consisted of Mario Fargetta and Alex Farolfi, later Giuliano Saglia and GianLuca Mensi joined them. The formation was completed by the American singer Maya Days.

history

In 1998 the group released their only album , Fabulous . The first single was also their most successful title: Feel It , a cover of Can You Feel It by The Jacksons , was number 1 in the singles charts in the United Kingdom , Ireland and French-speaking Belgium . The second single, If You Buy This Record (Your Life Will Be Better) , is a cover version of Madonna's Material Girl . The last single Hammer to the Heart is a new recording of the ABBA hit Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight) , however, did not appear on an album.

Maya Days embodied the role of Rosario Ortiz in the first and fifth seasons of the series Damages .
