The Mayalibit Bay district ( Indonesian Teluk Mayalibit ) is an Indonesian district ( Kecamatan ) in the Raja Ampat administrative district ( West Papua province ).

geography

The Mayalibit Bay district is located in the north of the Raja Ampat archipelago on Waigeo Island . The district is located on the south east and west banks of the bay of the same name . The northern part belongs to the Tiplol Mayalibit district . The western bank of the narrow entrance to the bay in the south is part of the Wasai District ( Kota Wasai ). West also lie the districts Westwaigeo and Südwaigeo , east Ostwaigeo and northeastern Nordwaigeo .

Since Tiplol Mayalibit was separated in 2012, the Mayalibit Bay district has been divided into four villages:
