McCaw Ridge is an isolated mountain ridge on the Orville coast of west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises 6 km south of the central section of the Ueda Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1961 to 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Dale Edward McCaw (1937-2016), construction electrician on the Amundsen -Scott South Pole Station in 1963.
