Anthony McMurtrie is a retired New Zealand squash player .
Career
Anthony McMurtrie was in the top ten nationally in the mid-1980s. With the New Zealand national team he took in 1985 at the World Cup in part. In the semifinals against Australia McMurtrie played the first game against Dean Williams , which he lost. After victories by Ross Norman against Greg Pollard and Stuart Davenport against Glen Brumby , New Zealand moved into the final against Pakistan . In this encounter, which was lost with 1: 2, McMurtrie was not used.
