Greg Pollard (born November 5, 1960 ) is a retired Australian squash player .

Career

Greg Pollard was active as a squash player in the 1980s and reached sixth in January 1985, his highest ranking in the world rankings. He won his only title on the PSA Tour in October 1984 in Malaysia. On December 31, 1985, he led the national rankings of Australia as number one.

With the Australian national team , he took part in the World Cup in 1981 and 1985 . In 1981 he reached the final against Pakistan with the team , but it was lost 3-0. Pollard lost his game against Maqsood Ahmed in three sets. In 1985 he failed with Australia in the semifinals to New Zealand .

From 1980 to 1986 he was five times in the main field of the individual world championships. In 1984 he achieved his best result with the quarter-finals. He was defeated by Qamar Zaman in three sets.
