Medal of Naarden

The Naarden Medal was awarded to citizens of Amsterdam who distinguished themselves in the siege of Naarden. Naarden , now part of Gooise Meren , was occupied by the French at that time. The founder was the King of the Netherlands , Wilhelm I.

Order decoration

On the obverse , in a laurel wreath and orange wreath, the words "Siege of Naarden, 1814" are written, on the reverse, the lapel , in an oak wreath, "Awarded by the Central Committee of Amsterdam ...". This was followed by the engraved name of the recipient.

Ribbon

The ribbon is white - black - red.
