Medicine - Library - Information is a specialist library journal and the organ of the Working Group for Medical Libraries . The journal was / is the only medical library journal in German-speaking countries. It has been published three times a year (January, May, September) since 2001 in both a printed and an electronic version. The founder and editor-in-chief of the 1st year 2001 was Oliver Obst (Münster), since 2002 Bruno Bauer (Vienna) has acted as editor-in-chief. From year 2 onwards, each issue deals with a key topic.
