The Mega Center Alma-Ata is a shopping center in the Kazakh city of Almaty . It is located in the southwest of the city and is part of the MEGA retail chain, which operates a total of four such shopping centers in Kazakhstan.
The shopping center houses 125 shops on two floors. Among the shops there are clothing stores, shoe stores, cafes and numerous restaurants. Also a cinema , a climbing wall , an ice rink and a family entertainment center. There is an underground car park in the basement .
Numerous international companies such as Clarks , Chevignon , Lacoste , Tommy Hilfiger , United Colors of Benetton , Adidas , Puma , Anabi Jewelery and Pizza Hut have opened branches in the Mega Center Alma-Ata .
