The Gazi Mehmet Pasha Mosque ( Albanian  Xhamia e Gazi Mehmed Pashës , Serbian - Cyrillic Џамија Гази Мехмед-паше ), also bajrakli mosque ( German  flags Mosque ) is a historical Ottoman mosque built in 1563 in the southeastern Kosovo town of Prizren . The mosque is of great importance for the history of the Albanian nation and the Republic of Albania in particular, as the Albanian League of Prizren gathered here in 1878 and the flag was hoisted. This is where the name flag mosque comes from .

The Bajrakli Mosque was built by order of Ghazi Mehmet Pasha, who had a library, a hamam (Turkish bath), a shrine and a medrese built next to the house of prayer by 1574 .

The Bajrakli Mosque is a single-dome mosque: a square structure with a high lead and tin dome and a vestibule on three sides. The interior of the mosque is white and blue. The mihrab and minbar are made of marble, while the mahfil is made of decorated wood.

The mosque complex has nine wells and an Ottoman-era cemetery. In 1970 part of the complex and the library were assigned to the "Museum of the League of Prizren" located next door. Books and manuscripts from the library were transferred to the shrine. The madrasah, which was closed in 1947 and the oldest in the city, has been part of the museum since 1978.
