Melchior Looser
Melchior Looser (born May 14, 1945 ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).
Life
The political career of Looser in 1995 with the election to the Provincial Council of Oberegg begun. He later served on the Grand Council of the Canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden and presided over it in 2002.
On April 25, 2004, he was elected to the professional ethics committee by the local community in the 5th ballot . For the first time since 1965 a vote count was required. There he was state ensign until 2012 and thus head of the justice, police and military departments .
Looser is married and was before he took office post bus - driver and host . He lives in Oberegg.
