Melissa Hayden (actress)
Melissa Hayden (born November 13, 1969 in Pacific Palisades , Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .
Hayden made her film debut with Steve Martin in 1981 in Dance in the Clouds . After a few small supporting roles, she got into the soap opera Springfield Story in 1991 . There she played the role of Bridget Reardon until 1997. For this role she won the Young Artist Award in 1993 and the Soap Opera Digest Award in 1994 and the Emmy .
Prior to her acting career, she was a long-time member of the California-based song and dance group The Young Americans .
