Melvin Vaniman
Chester Melvin Vaniman (born October 30, 1866 in Virden , Illinois , † July 2, 1912 ) was an American photographer, aeronaut and businessman. He was known for his panoramic shots . He was killed in the Akron crash off New Jersey. Some of his pictures have been collected by the State Library of New South Wales .
