Meseret Belete Tola ( Amharic መሠረት በለጠ ; * September 16, 1999 ) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner .
Athletic career
Meseret Belete gained her first international experience at the 2018 World Half Marathon Championships in Valencia , where she finished sixth in 1:08:09 h before she was victorious in the Gothenburg half marathon in 1:09:06 h. The following year she won the bronze medal at the African Games in Rabat in 1:12:08 h behind her compatriots Yalemzerf Yehualaw and Degitu Azimeraw .
