mesonic is a software manufacturer with headquarters in Mauerbach near Vienna (Austria). The company was founded in 1978 and has branches in Germany, Italy and the USA. The company develops business software for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and sells it through a comprehensive network of authorized and qualified specialist retail partners.
Company history
Georg Kaes founded the company mesonic in Mauerbach in 1978. At the beginning of the 1980s, the first branch was founded in Munich / Germany . The German headquarters have been in Scheeßel near Hamburg in Lower Saxony since 1985 . In the following years, further locations were added in the USA (1990s) and in Italy ( Milan , 2000).
Right from the start, the focus was on developing and selling business applications - initially for the areas of financial accounting and inventory management. Over the years the portfolio has been expanded to include other areas of activity, so that mesonic has been a full-range supplier on the market for 40 years.
The head office has been located in the Mauerbach Castle Park since 2008 . The mesonic business academy, the company's own seminar and training center, is also located here.
Data
Mesonic employs over 100 people worldwide and, together with around 280 specialist retail partners and distributors, looks after 10,000 customers. Since the start of the business, more than 65,000 license installations have been made in the target group.
In terms of customer satisfaction, the mesonic WinLine repeatedly achieves above-average placements. The same applies to the reseller area. In 2014, the mesonic partner program in Germany was named the third best ERP reseller program.

The software can run under Windows operating systems. Mobile data access is guaranteed via end devices based on iOS, Android, Windows or Java. The mesonic programs have a modular structure, support multiple currencies and languages, and are developed and programmed in-house. As the systems are used internationally, 15 language versions are currently available, including German, English, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian and Croatian.
