Metropolis is the debut album by Robby Maria . It was released on March 8, 2013 on the German independent label Timezone .

Emergence

All songs on the album were written by Maria herself and recorded with Anni Müller on drums and percussions between June and August 2012 in the Limelight Studios in Berlin . In order to give the voice a more natural sound, Maria sang all of the vocal parts with the help of a mobile recording studio in a previously empty old building in Berlin-Neukölln . Before it was released on March 8, 2013, a single in digital mp3 format was released on February 8, 2013 , Days In The City .
