Mette Nielsen (born June 15, 1964 ) is a former Danish soccer player .

Career

Nielsen played at least from 1989 to 1991 at Vorup Frederiksberg Boldklub , a club from Randers . On March 15, 1989 Nielsen came in the 3-2 victory over Italy for their first appearance for the Danish national team . In 1991 she took part in the World Cup, where she came on three missions; the 0: 1 defeat against Germany in the World Cup quarter-finals on November 24, 1991 was her 22nd and last international match.
