Michał Zieliński (born May 6, 1984 in Żernica , Poland ) is a Polish football player who also has German citizenship.
Career
society
Zieliński began his career with his hometown club Naprzód Żernica . After he was noticed there by good games, Concordia Knurów took him under contract in the winter of 2002. When his contract expired in winter 2006, Polonia Bytom noticed him and signed him. In Bytom he signed a contract until June 30, 2010 and played his first games in the Ekstraklasa . For Polonia Bytom Michał Zieliński played 69 games (9 goals) in the Ekstraklasa and five games (1 goal) in the second Polish division . In 2010 he moved to Korona Kielce , where he was only used sporadically and at the end of the year moved to GKS Katowice in the 2nd division. After his return in the summer of 2011, he was used more often in the first half of the season and scored four goals in sixteen games. In January 2012, however, he was loaned again, this time to league rival Górnik Zabrze . In summer 2012 he returned to Kielce again. In January 2013, his contract with Korona Kielce was terminated prematurely. Ten days later he signed a contract with the second division club Cracovia Krakow . For which he played a total of 10 league games in the 2012/2013 season. After a short stop at the second division GKS Katowice, Michał Zieliński returned to Polonia Bytom. He then moved to Concordia Knurów and has been under contract with fifth division Wilki Wilcza since 2017 .
National team
On December 10, 2008 Zieliński made his debut in the Polish national football team in a friendly against Serbia (1-0) when he came on in the 83rd minute for Maciej Małkowski.
