Micha Schäfer
Micha Schäfer (born August 23, 1987 in Unterseen , Switzerland ) is a German chef .
Career
After completing his training in 2010 at the Tandreas restaurant in Gießen (initially one Michelin star ), Schäfer went to Matthias Schmidt's Villa Merton in Frankfurt am Main (two Michelin stars ) in 2012 .
Since 2015 he has been head chef at Nobelhart & Schmutzig in Berlin , which has since been awarded a Michelin star.
His kitchen style is described as the "concentration and reduction to a few and excellent ingredients on the plate".
