Michael Dames
Michael Dames (* 1938 in Alexandria , Egypt ) is a British geographer and archaeologist (Archeology of Britain).
Michael Dames taught art history at Birmingham Polytechnic from 1971 to 1976 . From 1977 to 1987 he was involved in joint art projects to show the synthesis between landscape and human form.
He became known through his books "The Silbury Cultural Treasure", "The Avebury Cycle" and "Mythical Ireland" ", in which he depicts the cult landscapes of a Great Goddess , which he allegedly rediscovered .
