Michael Kutschker

Michael Kutschker (born December 17, 1943 in Liegnitz ) is a German economist .

Life

After graduating from high school in Heidelberg in 1963, Kutschker studied business administration at the University of Mannheim from 1965 to 1970 and graduated with a diploma . From 1970 to 1975 he was a research assistant there (SFB 24 Social Scientific Decision Research) and was awarded a Dr. rer. pole. PhD . From 1975 to 1979 he was a research assistant at the chair for planning at the University of Munich . From 1980 to 1985 he was Senior Executive at Osram in Munich, from 1985 to 1988 Vice President Marketing at Osram. In 1982 he completed his habilitation at the University of Munich as a Dr. rer. pole. habil.

From 1989 to 1993 he was Professor of International Management at the University of Hohenheim . In 1993 he moved to the chair for general business administration and international management at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt , which he held until his retirement in March 2009. From 1995 to 1997 he was Dean of the Faculty of Economics there.
