Michael Pinter

Michael Pinter (born November 6, 1899 in Schattendorf ; † June 7, 1954 ibid) was an Austrian employee and politician ( SPÖ ). From 1946 to 1949 he was a member of the Burgenland Landtag .

Life

Michael Pinter was born as the son of the bricklayer foreman in Schattendorf. He attended elementary school in Schattendorf and then worked as a bricklayer.

Pinter was married.

politics

Pinter was a member of the Social Democratic Workers' Party and was head of consumption in Schattendorf from 1931 to 1943. He was then drafted into the German Wehrmacht, where he served between 1943 and 1945. After the end of the war, Pinter was again consumer manager from 1945 to 1954 and also mayor of Schattendorf from 1945 to 1952. Pinter represented the SPÖ from November 8, 1946 to November 4, 1949 in the state parliament.
