Michal Podolak (born September 20, 1986 in Zduńska Wola , Poland ) is an Austrian sports shooter .

Career

Podolak started shooting at kindergarten in 1992. After completing his matriculation examination at the BG / BRG Wieselburg, he began basic military service as a competitive athlete and was active in the Austrian Armed Forces until August 31, 2015. During his ten-year career, he only took part in two CISM World Championships, but won a total of 5 medals in these. Another highlight of his career were the two consecutive European championships (2011, 2013). After finishing his sporting career, he now works in the private sector and lives in Rabenstein an der Pielach in Lower Austria . He only pursues shooting sports as a hobby and far from any sporting obligations.
