Michael Schoiswohl (born September 20, 1858 in Gußwerk ; † February 28, 1924 there ) was an Austrian politician ( CS ).

Schoiswohl attended elementary school in Gußwerk and in 1872 joined the technical office of the machine shop in Gußwerk. He then worked as a machine draftsman, founded a drawing school in 1878 and was a workshop supervisor in Gußwerk from 1887. Schoiswohl was later a privateer .

Schoiswohl was chairman of the workers' association in Donawitz and chairman of the Catholic reading club in Gußwerk. He was a member of the Styrian Landtag and was elected to the Reichsrat in 1897 . Between October 21, 1918 and February 16, 1919 he was a member of the Provisional National Assembly , then from March 4, 1919 to November 9, 1919 a member of the Constituent National Assembly and subsequently from November 10, 1920 to July 19, 1923 a member of the National Council ( 1st legislative period ). In addition, from November 6, 1918 to January 20, 1919, Schoiswohl was regional councilor in the Kaan regional government .
