Michael Mateus Steger (born May 27, 1980 in Los Angeles ) is an American actor of Austrian , Norwegian and Ecuadorian origins.

Life

Michael Steger was born the third of four sons. He has been married to actress Brandee Tucker since November 2008.

At the age of 14 he played in the TV series VR Troopers . After a few years, guest appearances at Navy CIS , Hannah Montana and Criminal Minds followed . From 2008 to 2013 he starred in the role of Navid Shirazi in a spin-off of the Beverly Hills series , 90210 , entitled 90210 . In the film Cheetah Girls: One World he plays the director Vikram . In 2010 he appeared in an episode of the mystery series True Blood and also an episode in the action and drama series Covert Affairs .
