Michael Stoiber
Michael Stoiber (* February 1970 in Heidelberg ) is a German political scientist at the FernUniversität Hagen .
Stoiber worked as a research assistant in Mannheim and Darmstadt , where from 2007 to 2008 he also represented the professorship “Political System in Germany / Comparison of Political Systems”. In 2010 he represented the Chair of Political Science III at the University of Mannheim. After completing his habilitation , he has been teaching as a professor at the Fern-Universität Hagen since October 2010.
His research and teaching work focuses on the areas of classical comparative government theory and empirical research on democracy .
Stoiber is married and has two children.
