Michael Stolze (born July 18, 1944 in Aligse ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 1994 to 2003 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament.

Life

Stolze attended elementary school in Viersen and then completed an agricultural training. He went to the technical college in Burgdorf and from 1973 worked as a self-employed farmer. His company has been a recognized organic company since 1993.

Proudly joined the SPD in 1978 and was chairman of the local association in Uetze from 1988 to 1990. He was local mayor in Schwüblingsen and councilor of the community of Uetze . From 1996 to 2001 he was mayor of the municipality. Stolze was elected to the state parliament of Lower Saxony in 1994 through a direct mandate in constituency 42 Burgdorf, to which he belonged for two electoral terms until 2003.
