Michaela Ranner (since October 2010 Michaela Gluchow) (born February 11, 1986 in Munich ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Michaela Ranner was part of the squad of the first women's team at SV Lohhof , which made it from the regional league to the second division in the 2004/2005 season. Four years later, the outside attacker managed to repeat this success, this time with the 2nd team of the SVL. The captain made her first appearance in the starting line-up in the 2009/2010 season in the first win of the season for the Lohoferinnen in the second division game at SSV Dresden , which ended 3-1 for the guests. In this game Michaela Ranner was used as a diagonal player.

Private

Like her brother Thomas , Michaela also started playing volleyball at SV Lohhof. The daughter of Susanne and Harald Ranner has a younger sister Alexandra, who was responsible for the music during the breaks at SVL's home games as a DJ . Michaela Ranner studied computer science at the Technical University in Garching , where she met her husband Adrian Gluchow, whom she married in October 2010 and whose family name she adopted.
