Michal Petráš (born December 5, 1996 in Humenné ) is a Slovak volleyball player .

Career

Petráš started his career in his hometown at VK Chemes Humenné. In 2012 he moved to COP Trenčín . The outside attacker took part in the 2014 U20 European Championship with the Slovak juniors. On August 28, 2016, he made his senior national team debut in an international match against the Netherlands . He then played in the Austrian Bundesliga for SK Posojilnica Aich / Dob and was runner-up in the 2016/17 season. In 2017 he took part in the European Championship in Poland with Slovakia . In 2018 he was signed by the German Bundesliga club VfB Friedrichshafen . With Friedrichshafen he was DVV cup winner and German runner-up . Then he moved to the Swiss club Volley Amriswil .
