Michal Richter
Michal Richter (born May 6, 1959 in Prague , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech lighting designer and set designer . He develops the appearance of television programs in Germany.
biography
After training as a photographer , he graduated from the film and television college in Čimelice . After graduating from high school, he studied film and television journalism at the Charles University in Prague until he fled to Bonn in 1982 .
In Germany he worked as a freelance cameraman for various broadcasters (ARD, ZDF, SAT.1, Finnish television, etc.). Since 1986 permanent position at SAT.1 in Bonn as a cameraman. After moving to Berlin (1997), he worked in technical planning at SAT.1, developing the SAT.1 studios in Oberwallstrasse. From the start of broadcasting SAT.1 in Berlin (1999) responsible as lighting designer for the appearance (news, magazines) of the channels of the church group (SAT.1, PRO7, Kabel1, N24) in Berlin and the regional studios. He later worked on set design for these stations. In 2009 the entire production group was transferred to "die fernsehwerft" in Berlin's Osthafen. Still working there as a set designer and lighting designer, as well as head of studio production.
