Michel Thierry (born August 29, 1954 ) is a former French cross-country skier .
Thierry started internationally for the first time at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck . There he finished 61st place over 30 km. Two years later, he won 55th place over 15 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1978 . In December 1978 he was second in the season in Telemark together with Jean-Paul Pierrat and Paul Fargeix . At the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , he ran on 44th place over 30 km, 31st place over 50 km and tenth place together with Paul Fargeix, Gérard Durand-Poudret and Jean-Paul Pierrat in the relay.
