Michele Canini (born June 5, 1985 in Brescia , Italy ) is an Italian football player .

Player career

National

Canini started his career as a footballer with the traditional Lombard club Atalanta Bergamo . As a youth player he was awarded to the third division team Sambenedettese for the 2004/05 season . This was followed by the change to the first division club Cagliari Calcio , where he has been used regularly since then. Thanks to his good performances, he also became a U-21 international.

International

Michele Canini took for the U-21 Italy at both the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship , and at the 2006 UEFA European Under-21 Championship and the 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in part.
