Michelle Schwefel (born Melchers ; * 1964 in Wuppertal ) is a German author of fantasy novels and play aids.

Life

Michelle Melchers made the acquaintance of DSA founder Ulrich Kiesow in 1989 during a round of games and gave up her studies after being offered an editorial role. She worked on the development of new DSA boxes and was responsible for several game aids and adventure books (e.g. Upstream , The Days of the Nameless ). From 1992 to 1995 she was editor-in-chief of the Aventurian Messenger . Since 1993 she has acted as a juror for the adventure competition “The Golden Mug” as part of the event “Hannover plays”. In 2008 she started the novel trilogy about Answin von Rabenmund in the series of Aventuria novels . She lives in Berlin with her husband Ragnar Schwefel.

In August 2010 she ended her collaboration as a writer with Ulisses, the editor of Black Eye .
