Brasseleur, who has been playing for the German club HSC 2000 Coburg (shirt number 93) since 2015 , is mostly used in the right back position. In November 2015, Micke Brasseleur moved from the French first division side Tremblay-en-France Handball to the German second division side HSC 2000 Coburg. In March 2016 he left Coburg. In summer 2016 he joined the French club US Ivry HB . In summer 2018 he moved to USAM Nîmes .
