The rental villa Anton-Graff-Straße 26 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building in the Striesen district of Dresden and was built in 1905 for the architect and builder Carl Gustav Baumgärtel.

description

The building was built as a three-storey, detached house, with the attic floor being expanded. The facade has been partially plastered , partially clad with sandstone , with the facade being decorated with "elements of the expiring Art Nouveau".
