Rental villa Pestalozzistraße 12

description

The two-storey, under monument protection standing villa rental with developed mansard roof is a simple stucco building with Eckquaderung , which was several times changed.

In the street view there is an exceptionally large, two-storey veranda in ornamental framework , which was added later in 1902. At the back there is a smaller veranda with an exit on top, probably from the original construction period.

history

Construction drawing

In 1873 the Dresden architects G. Carl & A. Rönitz built a two-storey rental villa with a gently sloping pitched roof . This was supplemented in 1902 by a large, two-storey veranda extension from the construction company "Gebrüder Ziller".

In 1943, an application was made to raise the floor by one floor, but this was refused. Three years later, in 1946, the desired extension to the free-standing tenement house as an extension to the mansard roof was approved.
