The Neisse Verkehr GmbH (NV) is a transport enterprise of public transport (PT), which is essentially the regional bus lines in the 1992-2014 Spree-Neisse district and a few lines in Cottbus ready set suburbs. The main shareholder of Neißeverkehr GmbH is the Prignitzer Eisenbahn GmbH with 80 percent , which in turn belongs to the Netinera Region Ost GmbH . The Spree-Neisse district holds the remaining 20 percent. The Neisse traffic is organized in the Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) and is divided into the locations Guben , Forst and Spremberg .

At the beginning of May 2014 it was announced that Neisseverkehr GmbH would have to surrender all of its services in the SPN-Ost line bundle from 2015. By 2024, the rail subsidiary DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH will be driving the 3.5 million timetable kilometers. The parent company Netinera stated that the buses used should be used by other subsidiaries. From 2015, only the staff and vehicles for the services in SPN-West will remain with Neisse traffic. The depot in Guben was sold. In addition, the NV has rented out parts of its depots in Spremberg and Forst. The future of Neisseverkehr GmbH is uncertain.
