The rental villa Wallotstraße 27 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building built in 1903 in the Striesen district of Dresden . The late historical and Art Nouveau facade decoration is remarkable .

The three-storey building has a symmetrically arranged facade with six window axes. A centrally mounted risalit claims four axes and was designed with different window roofs . Roofs with a straight, simple cornice alternate with those with segmental arches or triangular gables . Triple windows and an ox-eye are in the gable .
