The rental villa Wallotstraße 29 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building in the Striesen district of Dresden , which was built in 1903 for Anna Emma Wachter, wife of a master builder.

Detail of the pediment

The “three-storey, detached, stately tenement house with a loft” extends over seven window axes. The symmetrically structured building has a three-axis central risk . While the portal is in the central axis, the balconies were attached to the outer axes . A gable with a pilaster structure with head busts was erected as the upper end of the central axis .
