Rental villa Wasastraße 67 (Radebeul)
The rental villa Wasastraße 67 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1900/1901 by the "Gebrüder Ziller" construction company.

description
The two-storey, under monument protection standing rental villa stands on a broken stone base and has an oblate, verschiefertes hipped roof with dormers and roof garden in the side views. It has a symmetrical street view, which is emphasized there by a central projection with volute gable and head ornamentation. In front of the risalit there is a single-storey veranda with an exit on top.
In the right side view there is an entrance porch. On the back of the building is an unadorned side wing with lower storey heights and a flat roof .
The plastered building is structured by plaster strips and corner squares, decorated on the upper floor with ornamentation. The eaves are supported by consoles in the street view. The windows are framed by sandstone walls, which are crowned in the street view by elaborate ornamentation and roofing.
In the garden there is a girl figure from around 1900.
