Rental villa Wasastraße 68 (Radebeul)

The rental villa Wasastraße 68 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . The builder Gustav Ziller applied for it as a residential building in December 1898 , built it by his construction company "Gebrüder Ziller" by May 1900 and sold it on May 21, 1900 at the latest.

The large two-story, under monument protection standing rental villa stands on a spacious corner lot for Nizzastraße . It was built on a rubble stone base and has a platform roof that was formerly slated. In the main view of Wasastraße there is a wide side elevation on the right with a triangular gable and gable roof. The gable was originally a volute gable . In front of the risalit is a terrace with a pillar-supported arbor .

In the right side view, to the south, on the right, i.e. towards the rear of the building, there is a narrower side elevation. At the edge of the building between the main and left side views, there is a tower across the corner, now with a flat tent roof . This replaces the original steep helmet with a lantern . In the adjoining left side view to the north is the entrance porch with an arbor.

The plastered building, which has since been considerably reduced, is only decorated on the south side with corner blocks and stucco ornaments. The windows are framed by sandstone walls and crowned by roofs.

The enclosure is a picket fence between sandstone pillars.
