The rental villa Wetroer Straße 7 in Dresden - Bühlau is a residential building built around 1890 with the character of a villa . The building is one of the Bühlaus cultural monuments .

description

The building is a two-storey residential building covered by a flat hipped roof. The roof is covered with slate. The roughly cube-shaped plastered building is structured towards the street by a central risalit covered by its own gable roof with a protruding wooden ornamental gable . A two-storey wooden veranda is inserted on the left side of the building. Inside, the rental villa is divided into three apartments. Stucco ceilings from the time of construction, original interior paintings and wooden doors with painted grain have been preserved.

In 1994 the construction of the villa was good. A monument-compliant renovation took place in 2010. The interior paintings were also restored.
