Mihael Omerza

Mihael Omerza (born September 28, 1679 in Kamnik , † April 23, 1742 in Ig ) was a Slovenian composer.

Omerza worked from 1706 to 1715 as cathedral vicar in Ljubljana and then as pastor in Ig until his death. Five oratorios of his compositions have survived. All other works are considered lost.
