Mihai Dănilă (born November 13, 1952 - † December 15, 2014 ) was a Romanian football player and coach .
Athletic career
Dănilă made his debut on April 20, 1969 for Politehnica Iași in Divizia A , when the club split 1-1 with Dinamo Bucharest . By the summer of 1981, the striker ran in 209 league games for the club, scoring 51 goals. He fell on those responsible for the Federația Română de Fotbal and he played two internationals for the Romanian U-21 national team and three for the B national team. In addition, the greatest personal success Dănilăs were his 16 goals this season in the first division season 1974/75 , with which he placed fifth on the goalscorer list.
1981 Dănilă moved to Viitorul Vaslui . After the end of his career, he headed the youth work at Politehnica Iași for a long time.
In December 2014, Dănilă died of cardiopulmonary failure at the age of 62.
