Mihail Popov
Mihail Popov ( Bulgarian Михаил Попов , Michail Popow ; born April 16, 1976 in Sofia , Bulgaria ) is a French badminton player of Bulgarian origin.
Career
Mihail Popov competed in men's doubles and singles at the Summer Olympics in Sydney , Australia , for Bulgaria. At both starts he was 17th in the final score. After the Olympic Games, he moved to France and earned his first laurels for his new home at the Czech International, where he won the men's doubles competition together with Manuel Dubrulle .
