He believed that Muslims should no longer have the same rights as the rest of the population in the US. In particular, they should be excluded at airports. In this context he called for "Muslims Only" airlines. In addition, they should be examined more thoroughly than other passengers and have to stand in their own queues. "

Gallagher demanded in December 2006 that critics of George Bush should be arrested. He said the following about this:

"I think we should round up all of these folks. Round up Joy Behar . Round up Matt Damon , who last night on MSNBC attacked George Bush and Dick Cheney. Round up Olbermann. Take the whole bunch of them and put them in a detention camp until this war is over because they're a bunch of traitors. "

“I think we should arrest these guys. Arrest Joy Behar. Arrest Matt Damon for attacking George Bush and Dick Cheney last night on MSNBC . Arrest Olbermann. Capture the whole gang and put them in a prison camp until the war is over because that's a gang of traitors. "
