Mikiyo Tsuda

Mikiyo Tsuda ( Japanese つ だ み き よ , Tsuda Mikiyo ; actually: 津 田 美 樹 代 , Tsuda Mikiyo ; born January 10, 19xx in Fukui Prefecture , Japan ) is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator.

While the author publishes Shōnen-Ai- Manga about romantic relationships between men under the pseudonym Taishi Zaou ( 蔵 王 大志 , Zaō Taishi ) , she draws as Mikiyo Tsuda Shōjo- Manga with humorous content aimed at young girls. She usually designs her Shōnen-Ai-Manga together with Eiki Eiki . Tsuda also draws dōjinshi , for example on Gundam Seed .

From 1999 to 2001 she worked for the manga magazine Wings on the approximately 340-page shōjo manga The Day of Revolution . It is about a fifteen-year-old boy who finds out that he is actually a girl and therefore undergoes surgery to become a woman. The artist has been continuing The Day of Revolution since 2002 with the Princess Princess manga series , which so far consists of over 800 pages in five anthologies and was also implemented as an anime television series in 2006 .

In Egmont Manga & Anime their works published in German. Both The Day of Revolution and Princess Princess and their Shōnen-Ai-Manga became commercial successes in Germany.
